Ever been riding in the Terrain Park and thought you’d love to work there? Then here’s your chance! We have several Terrain Park locations around our resorts designed for varying ability levels.
As a member of our Terrain Park Crew, you will help to design, construct and maintain Terrain Park features, as well as working on major events hosted or held during the winter season including the A La Carte in the Park Series, Banked Slalom, Falls Freestyle Series, Halfpipe events or Boarder/Skier Cross, to name a few.
The Terrain Park Crew are responsible for construction, maintenance, and repair of all features as well as promoting safety awareness, educating on Terrain Park etiquette, and providing positive guest relations within the terrain parks and half pipe. Daily responsibilities include opening and closing the terrain park, ensuring all signage is visible, testing features and assessing risk and liability each morning.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
The ability to build and maintain terrain park features in the park and terrain-based learning areas
Previous experience building and designing Terrain Parks is desirable
Advanced skiing or snowboarding skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A willingness to work outdoors, in all weather conditions
The ability to assist with terrain park events
A minimum level of physical fitness, terrain park crew are required to to climb, balance, kneel, crouch, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, hear, see, carry and perform repetitive motions as required.
Knowledge of the resort area

Employment start dates will vary depending on the role and snow conditions, but most roles start in June and finish in late September. Staff accommodation may be available for successful applicants.
