Position : TM IT SYSTEMS
Job Description : Role
1. Develop and implement IT initiatives primarily at Jeevan Deep Kolkata and at times for other units as assigned by Regional IT head – Kolkata in order to ensure achievement of IT targets of the company,
2. Coordinating IT related procurement and FMS support team for Jeevandeep , Industry House , Bhubneswar and Vizag
3. Working as common resource pool for ERP Support to Downstream Units as and when required.
4. Designing all kind of MISs and business process alignment support to business applications associated with Fund and Disbursement modules of all employees of earstwhile INDAL. Users of these applications sit in JeevanDeep office only
5. Support to Payroll (local unionised member of JeevanDeep and Muri)
6. Maintaining Carbon Footprint module (All scopes) associated with Sustainability
This position supports all the units for Carbon Footprint , Energy project tracking module and PF / Gratuity application for all the units. It also provide support to ERP and custom module to downstream units as and when required along with serving to JeevanDeep , Industry House as a sole IT resource .
Workforce number should be calculated accordingly. Unit number will not give true picture
