Job Description : Warehouse Inventory and Shipping SpecialistLooking for a dedicated individual with considerable warehouse experience to join our team as a Warehouse Inventory and Shipping Specialist. Our 10,000 square foot facility is located in Winter Garden, FL. We are seeking a detailed-orientated candidate for this flexible opportunity. We are seeking a full-time candidate who is reliable, safe, and self-motivated.Ideal candidate will have additional experience in inventory control, inventory audits, maintaining ISO standards for continuous process improvement, operational efficiency, shipping software, and warehouse operations.Primary Work Activities:Maintaining serialized inventory logMaintaining log of equipment shipped as loaners to customersMaintaining log of equipment and parts shipped as exchangeable items to customersPerform general duties such as inventory cycle counts, and requesting procurement team to order as needed to follow stock-out quantitiesExamine shipment contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy.Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stockWorking knowledge of inventory locations and on hand stockPrepare documents, such as purchase orders, work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, to route materials.Pack, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for shipping, using hand tools, power tools, or postage meter.Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, or record keeping purposes.Confer or correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, or non-conformance to specifications.Deliver or route materials to departments using forklift or pallet jack.Frequently lift and/or move 25 and 50 pounds.Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Winter Garden, FL 34787: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Inventory control: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
