What you will do
In order to be successful as a Warehouse Associate an individual must consistently demonstrate an ability to work effectively to meet daily and weekly goals in a manner that meets quality and safety expectations. Team members will be working in a warehouse environment and are expected to perform shipping and receiving functions, material handling and storage functions, stock picking and assembly of product kits, product labeling and packaging, order verification of part, serial, lot and quantity, inventory cycle counts, forklift operation, and daily housekeeping.
Team members will be required to execute functions within ERP system and must demonstrate knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook. Throughout shift, team members are expected to maintain works areas clean, orderly and in safe condition. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends is required and must be able to stand and lift up to 50 pounds for duration of shift.
Valid Driver’s license with good driving record.
Demonstrated knowledge of principles and methods for product or order fulfillment. This includes situational needs assessment, product usage, and inventory control systems and processes.
Demonstrated knowledge of mathematics and their applications.
Demonstrated knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
1+ year Warehouse/Inventory Control experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated computer skills (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Access, ERP, and Word).
Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed.
Must be able and willing to work successfully in a team environment.
Must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
Must have a valid driver’s license
High School diploma; prefer Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
