Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Provides general office support. Serves as the department/group contact. Completes special projects as assigned.

New Role
Surrounding team: GTFS works with the finances and global treasury services. The team is rapidly growing and they are looking for a candidate to support 4 of their leadership team members. Daily tasks will include: ordering/organizing inventory, scheduling travel, expenses, headtrax, PO creation and maintenance, and calendaring.
Specific projects: One project will be organizing purchase orders and tracking them all in one place. As well as tracking budgets to keep the team in compliance. The second big task will be assisting with setting up and tearing down desks/office spaces, assisting new employees new to the building and onboarding new hires.
Right skillset: the candidate must be the right fit, be flexible, and have a good attitude.
