Position : Accounting Clerk
Job Description : Pacific Millworks is a Maui based wood shop, specializing in top-quality custom woodwork for Maui homes and businesses.
We are seeking a strong Accounting Clerk to be part of our team. This position reports directly to the Controller. The position requires someone who works efficiently and independently, solving problems as they arise, multi-tasking and taking initiative as well as receiving direction.
Responsibilities will include:
Accounts Receivable
Payroll/HR
Assist with Telephone, Client correspondence
Setup administrative systems as necessary
Basic Office duties: filing, organization
Assist in communications with clients and vendors
Scanning and Document Storage
Process mail and emails accordingly
Basic requirements are:
Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and Share Point
Basic knowledge of QuickBooks
2 years previous experience in Bookkeeping (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, G/L, Payroll and Account Reconciliation)
Construction Industry knowledge helpful

Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, M-F. Hourly compensation DOE.
