Job Description : We are a prestigious Beverly Hills plastic surgery practice looking for a personable and experienced individual with a skill-set that can provide administrative and clinical support to the practice.Responsibilities include:Clinical support to the doctor including assisting with patient care.Administrative work related to patient care and follow-up including: Answering phones. Scheduling appointments. Welcoming and checking in patients. Organizing the front office. Ordering office supplies. Ordering medical supplies. Restocking the office and exam rooms. Following up on medical reports from other doctors’ offices. Preparing office charts and surgery charts. Sending faxes. Filing. Other related tasks to support the practice.This is a great opportunity and ideal position for a recent college graduate and/or for someone who is a self starter, enthusiastic and eager to demonstrate their skills. Experience in a clinical or office setting preferred.
