Job Description : Job Order: TBD, 12 month contractKey job tasks:Admin support for Asset Manager, Technical engineering team, Sr. Operations Advisor, Logistics, construction and our offshore assetsPayroll – (field and office backup)A&D screenings for GOM field employeesEmergency Response Team – Document control (Also work with Global SSHE advisor on logistics of drillsWork closely with data management to make sure employees across the board are in the right cost centers, schedules, etc.o If there are any personnel changes that needs to be made including job titles, schedules, supervisor changes, cost centers.WebCat training support for engineering, Operations, logistics, constructionJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Kronos: 3 years (Preferred)EZPay: 3 years (Preferred)SAP: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
