Job Description : Qualifications· The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment· Previous experience as a Secretary or administrative assistant and familiarity within our industry· Proficient with standard software such as Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook· Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills· Maintain proper and professional etiquette and appearance· Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly in fast-paced high work volume· Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and producers· Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees· Flexibility to help assist with new task and office change· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi- task and prioritize work· Discretion and confidentiality· Must have a valid driver’s license, social security card, and successfully pass a background check· 2 plus years of proven office management, administrative or assistant experience· Some travel requiredResponsibilities· Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities· Administrative Assistant responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems· In this position of the Administrative Assistant you will provide administrative, creative, and personal support to leadership staff· Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients directing them to relevant staff· Setting up appointments, conferences and managing meeting rooms· Coordinate travel arrangements for corporate team, as needed· Maintaining various logs and reports (sales, analytics, tracking, logs, etc)· Responsible for supporting the preparation of meetings, presentations and materials· Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports· Coordinate job postings, scheduling of interviews, supporting with employee onboarding· Managing and updating social media accounts, website, blog, videos, google Adwords, SEO, and other marketing forums.· Execute, manage, and support any and all sales and marketing efforts.· Creating and preparation of any marketing materials needed· Some travel may be necessary to support our janitorial markets.· Assist in the other task/duties as needJob Type: Full-timePay: From $16.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Commission payEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Preferred)Administrative: 2 years (Preferred)marketing: 3 years (Preferred)outside sales: 3 years (Preferred)Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
