Community Association Management Company located in Martin and St. Lucie Counties is looking for an experienced, full-time Administrative Assistant with a strong administrative skill set to support our team of Community Association Managers.Qualified candidates are proficient with Microsoft Office applications, have superior organization skills, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced professional atmosphere. Candidates must possess exceptional customer service and time management skills. Adherence to deadlines and attention to detail are required. Candidates must also demonstrate the ability to master industry-specific software.Health benefits and 401(k) available after 90 days. Smoke-free workplace encouraged.
