We are currently seeking an Aircraft Flight Test Tech 4 based in Melbourne FL.
In this position, you will perform maintenance operations on Gulfstream GV aircraft to include aircraft equipment, engines, components, and systems in accordance with manufacturer, company, supplier, and other directives to support aircraft in a flight test environment.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, repair and servicing of aircraft and engine systems.
Conduct diagnosis of malfunctions. Perform maintenance, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, re-assembly and adjustment of various aircraft systems in accordance with technical specifications, engineering instructions, and FAA regulations.
Maintain FAA required records, aircraft documentation, manuals and inspection forms. Requires an Airframe and Powerplant Certificate.
Basic Qualifications:
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
At least 7 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret level security clearance once hired; and have the ability to maintain that clearance for continued employment.
Able to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, process specifications, technical manuals, written instructions, test procedures, and other aircraft related documents.
Minimum 2 years of Gulfstream GV maintenance experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Gulfstream GV experience
Flight Safety GV initial training, advanced troubleshooting, engine run qualified
Active Secret DoD clearance

Salary Range: $61,000 USD – $101,600 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
