Job Description : As an Alarm Coordinator within our Alarm Central Station, you will be tasked with monitoring and dispatching alarm events related to multiple CVS Health facilities across the country. You will also perform various tasks in data entry and remote alarm management.

Our ideal candidate has prior work experience in a Loss Prevention function and/or strong interest in working in a Loss Prevention function. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, accurately and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Has the ability to effectively interact with management and local emergency response authorities.

Demonstrates the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail and maintain information in the strictest confidence.

Required Qualifications
1+ years of professional work experience in an emergency dispatch, security operations center, call center, or retail store environment.

1+ years of professional work experience using DICE Matrix software
OR

1+ years of professional work experience in any other Alarm monitoring software (including but not limited to Bold, Mastermind, Patriot Systems, Microkey, Surgard)

COVID Requirements
CVS Health requires its Colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, or religious belief that prevents them from being vaccinated.

If you are unable to be fully vaccinated due to disability, medical condition, or religious belief, you will be required to apply for a reasonable accommodation within the first 10 days of your employment in order to remain employed with CVS Health. As a part of this process, you will be required to provide information or documentation about the reason you cannot be vaccinated. In some states and roles, you may be required to have an approved reasonable accommodation before you can begin to actively work. If your request for an accommodation is not approved, then your employment may be terminated.

Preferred Qualifications
Emergency dispatch or call center experience
Experience in using a computer to quickly and easily navigate through web sites
Experience providing customer service, preferably over the telephone, with proven ability to be sensitive to each request and apply strict confidentialityExperience with alarm automation software, such as, DICE Matrix, BOLD, Mastermind, Microkey

Education
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
