Inviting applications for the role of Associate, AML/KYC!
In this role, we are looking for experienced Senior Managers with expertise in AML/KYC technologies and a strong analytical background to join our growing Financial Crime & remediation space.
The role requires exceptional subject matter expert, coaching and training skills
Responsibilities
Partner with Genpact Financial Crime Compliance organization to create training content using the KYC/AML policies of the clientTrain new cohorts of case handlers, quality checkers entering the operations functionDelivery of training content, create training plans, track to plansIdentity top performers and bottom performers. Identify skills gaps and provide intelligence to operationsPerform refresher trainings as requiredCreate and run assessments as a tool to identify understandingWork in partnership with operations, change management and policy procedures teams to cover change triggered trainingManage stakeholder requirements, both internal & external
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
Bachelors or master’s degree in Business, Law or equivalentExperience in Financial crimes experience is a must.Good knowledge of AML/ CTF and Sanctions acquired working in a similar role within the Capital Markets Industry or as a part of Captive Service Delivery centerSound knowledge of Banking / Capital Markets products, processes, and technology platformsAdvanced Communication and Presentation skillsStructured problem solving and solution design experienceAbility to manage multiple priorities and adjust to workloadWork under pressure. Detail-oriented. Good organizational skills and strong customer focusExcellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to work in a dynamic working environmentWorks with minimal supervision demonstrates strong organizational skills and can multi-task in a fast-paced environmentConfident in face-to-face meetings with clients and communicate professionally and assuredly
Preferred qualifications
Ability to work independently and deliver against commitmentsExcellent knowledge of AML/ CTF and Sanctions acquired working in a similar role, Client onboarding space within the Banking, Capital Markets or Consulting IndustrySound knowledge of Banking, Capital Markets products, processes, and technology platformsAdvanced Communication and Presentation skillsInfluencing SkillsProblem Solving and Decision MakingAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelAdvanced written and spoken communication skillsCoaching and mentoring skills
