Job Description : Offers suggestions and advice to guests regarding the different services availableAchieve guest satisfaction and organizational profitability through effective utilization of all resources.Helps increase guest loyalty through quality of serviceMakes live the commercial plan in his/her serviceAnalyzes customers comments and shares them with his/her team.
To monitor, anticipate and react to customer needs consistently to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.Ensure to upgrade & update with the trends, practices and equipment in food and beverage preparation and service in the bar.Ensure stock items behind the bars are always within expiry date.Ensure guest drinks are prepared and served according to policy.Ensure to set up the equipment and prepare mis-en-place in accordance with bar standards.Improve sales volume in all outlets by means of up-to-date marketing, menus (seasonal and special), festivals and special promotions.Ensure to possess working knowledge of wine, cocktail and mixing all beverages.Ensure that daily beverage inventory, bar opening and closing stock are noted and initiate requisitions in accordance to the established par stock.Responsible for overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of all activities of the team engaged in the operations of the department.Ensure that the beverages prepared and served in the assigned area are according to standard recipes and with excellent quality.Assist the Outlet Manager to maintain and update corporate database, entering delegate bookings to ensure delegate information/ records are kept up to date and accurate for future events.
Ensure security, functionality and proper handling of company property in the hotel.
