With your previous experience in cleaning you possess hands-on ability to own projects related to facilities.This role is based in Secaucus, NJ and reports to the Facilities Manager.What You Get To Do Every DayEstablishment of cleaning standards and procedures for team and ensure adherence to these standards and proceduresCoaching and developing teamScheduling and assigning specific duties/roles to the teamProviding any form of required assistance to the team while they carry out their duties.Maintain up to date inventory supply. Keep accurate up to date logs for supply inventory.Work with the Manager to maintain a work schedule for custodial staff ensuring consistent and overlapping coverage of the Facilities team.Mentoring and engaging with custodial staff. Providing proper tools for staff to ensure success in their roles.What You Bring To The RoleBilingual in Spanish and English preferred3-5 years Cleaning experience; Including Covid related processesMust have relevant experience in cleaning and supervision of cleaning proceduresFamiliarity with cleaning methods, equipment, and suppliesComfortable using email and phone applicationsMust be punctual and available to work overtime as neededMust possess excellent communication skills in speaking, writing, and listeningMust have good interpersonal attributes.
