Position : Billing Clerk
Job Description : First Enroll LLC, a Monmouth County based TPA (third-party administrator), is currently seeking a Full-Time Billing Clerk.
The Billing Clerk will provide a clear understanding of characteristics of high-quality merchant servicers to service customer relationships. The ideal candidate will maintain a high level of awareness and understanding of existing and new payment processing technologies as well as evaluate and eliminate chargeback risk factors. Additional responsibilities are including but not limited to:
Review Credit Card and ACH merchant processing needs, recommend solutions
Participate in the implementation process for new merchants
Manage monthly processing statements
Manage daily billing transactions against merchant reporting
Review chargebacks and handle accordingly
Management of third-party chargeback process
Process and Reconcile customer disputes and organize/maintain documentation
Analyze chargeback data to help resolve customer disputes
Evaluate and eliminate chargeback risk factors
Requirements:
Organization and time management skills
Ability to learn and implement new processes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Timely and regular attendance
Previous Merchant Processing/Chargeback experience a PLUS but not a requirement
