Job Description : Rocky Road Remedies in Colorado Springs looking to hire for our Bloom Team. Looking for passionate and hardworking individual wanting to learn and grow in this industry. This position requires at least one year experience in a medical grow. Must have badge and live locally.The bloom department position is to nurture and support the plants through their final stages before harvest. Bloom staff are required to work both as a team and individually to ensure the tasks of the bloom are completed. At Weston Grow the morning is spent performing these tasks in the East Bloom room, and the afternoon is spent repeating the process in the West Bloom room.Primary responsibilities are:- Mixing Nutrients- Spraying Pesticides- Managing and manicuring plants- Meet all established State and Local guidelines and regulationsMust be able to lift 50+ lbs on own and be on ladders for extended periods of time. Punctuality is very important!Positions start at $14.00/hour. Health Benefits, PTO, and paid holidays offered. Must be willing to work weekends. Current schedule is four 10-hour shifts.
