This individual will be responsible for quality review of all charts and documents under the regulatory licensing standards in order to ensure the efficacy of the programs and regulatory compliance.Job DescriptionResponsible for the selection of charts, utilizing census tracking form for monthly chart compliance audits.Participate in internal audits of programs to ensure agency compliance with regulations and standards.Assist in the monitoring of unit/agency action plans to offer strategies for improvement to meet chart compliance and best practices.Monitor daily productivity for all billable unit staff, including status of notes. Compile weekly productivity report for all unit directors and VP of Behavioral Health.Assist Medical Director with monthly Benzodiazepine and nurse practitioner review and monitoring to ensure safety and best practices.Gather data and prepare biyearly consumer satisfaction survey results for data analysis.ScheduleMonday – Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm on-siteBenefitsExcellent benefit package including health insurance, vacation, sick and personal time.LocationCenter City Philadelphia.
