JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for managing the compensation and classification function for the division. This position plans, develops and implements new and revised compensation programs, policies and procedures to be responsive to our strategic goals and competitive practices. This position provides ongoing monitoring of our compensation program to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness and maintain the integrity of the program. This position is also responsible for ensuring through audits, legal reports and personal interactions that division compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with division policies and government laws and regulations.
Job Description
SALARY:
Grade 17: $91,324 – $174,989 per year (competitive benefits)
DAYS: 250
FULL TIME/PART TIME: Full Time
