In this hybrid role, you’ll work from home with occasional in-person training and meetings. We are hiring in the following locations: Denver CO, Dallas TX, Alpharetta GA, Irvine CA, Basking Ridge NJ and New York City.
We are working to build policies and processes to meet Visible’s specific practices and needs. Your role is to assure that existing and established processes and policies are being followed with governance, risk and compliance in mind.
Establish and build processes to manage recurring audits inclusive of redundancy plans, training and testing timelines, processes and reporting.
Key stakeholder for Verizon audits and information reporting.
Partner with PMO and initiative owners to track company-wide projects to ensure internal compliance for company policies, CPNI and CCPA requirements.
Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, Legal, Product, Finance and Risk & Compliance to identify, design, and build new processes and SOPs.
Review, audit and adjust current processes, SOPs and policies related to growth, operational changes and process improvement.
Maintain Visible’s practices and policies based on changes to and existing Verizon’s policy requirements.
Serve as backup for Risk and Compliance Lead, Operations Coordinator, Customer Service Lead for time-sensitive and/or confidential tasks and projects.
What we’re looking for…
You will need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Project management experience.
Strong policy and process documentation skills.
Familiarity with Jira, Asana and Slack Workflows.
Great active listener with problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work cross functionally with Visible and Verizon.
Compensation

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.
If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for this position is between $94,000 and $175,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
