Job Description : This is a permanent position performing a variety of repairs/maintenance/rehab on 5 local properties. Must be highly skilled and interested in working mostly weekdays. This is a hands-on position which requires basic tools. Specialty tools will be provided as needed. Projects include maintenance/repairs, minor plumbing, minor electric, trim, paint, remodeling, upgrading, and special projects. Never a dull day. Company vehicle provided. This is a non-smoking facility. Must be able to demonstrate skills or provide excellent references. This is a great opportunity for a highly skilled, patient, and organized craftsman.Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeCOVID-19 considerations:Masks are not required. Common sense and the ability to navigate crowds without offending anyone is expected. This position does not regularly interact with others.Experience:Project management: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
