As part of the MarCom team, this entry-level position will help improve brand visibility, contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and be responsible for editing, proofreading, formatting, and finalization of corporate marketing materials.Duties of the role will consist of:Proofreading and editing marketing content for spelling, grammar, clarity, and sentence structure and check compliance with brand standards and in-house style rules.Writing strong, succinct copy that is grammatically correct addresses the proper audience, type of publication, and elevates original concepts to result in effective and compelling communication.Formatting corporate presentations to ensure they meet brand standards and in-house style rules.Using custom style sheets to standardized formatting across all corporate documents.Working with subject-matter experts to write, refine and revise content for a variety of customer-facing channels.Support planning and execution of N. America corporate events (ie. sales conferences, tradeshows, community outreach)Communication is critical.
