Job Description : Department: Operations (supply chain)
Location: Atlanta (Westside Atlanta or Sandy Springs) In Office Role
Work hours: M-F 8 am to 5 pm (flexible) Eastern time, some weekends (10%) per deadlines or emergencies
Travel: Limited (5%)
Salary/benefits: $45,000 to $75,000 depending on experience
Reports to: Customer Journey Manager

Respond to customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
Customer service friendly. Troubleshoot, overcome conflicts and make people feel fulfilled.
Be flexible and keep all aspects of the team focused on getting better.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email, and chat in a timely fashion.
Document all inquires, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks.
Escalate inquires and requests as necessary to the appropriate department or person following outlined guidelines.
Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers.
Perform research to answer customer inquiries and requests.
Nurture existing customer accounts through exceptional customer service and effective soft sales techniques.
Meet quantitative performance metrics as outlined.
Keep customer accounts current by updating databases during calls.
Compensation/benefits
Salary range: $45,000 to $75,000 depending on experience

Required Skills/Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer service system experience.
Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to know when someone is taking advantage of you.
Quality interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related Google or Apple software.
Able to push back verbally when and if project demands are unreasonable or there is not enough staff to accomplish the objective.
Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent education required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2 years or more of customer service experience.
Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat. Google or Apple suite.
Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
