Job Description : Customer Service – Manufacturing/AutomotiveIndividuals in this role serve as liaison between the customer, scheduling, and the shipping department. This position involves maintaining and ensuring accurate planning of shipments using multiple internal systems, ensures pick lists are complete, support JSOX compliance, check EDIs for accuracy, update customer schedules and all customer shipments. Other duties as assigned.Requirements: 5 years of related experience and/or training or Associate’s degree from a university or college. Prior customer service experience in automotive manufacturing preferred. Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office & Excel.Dynax America Corporation is a manufacturer of automatic transmission components, friction-based parts for use in automobiles, which mainly consists of clutch discs, blades, and synchronizer rings.
