Job Overview
Assists in the planning and execution of all digital marketing activities, including social media, paid advertising, website development and internal communications.General oversight and content creation for St. Joseph’s Health social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
Develops and executes social media content strategy to help achieve marketing goals and engage with patients and community members. Monitors social media accounts and offers constructive interaction with users. Develops monthly reports on St. Joseph’s social channels and on emerging social media trends.
General web oversight in terms of timeliness of updates and content, as well as consistency in format, tone and terminology. Digital communications production (employee intranet, targeted communications, surveys, etc.) and assistance in management of audience segmentation. Digital media design and creation utilizing photography, videography, photo/video editing, and graphic design. Assistance with maintaining online profiles on school search sites.Develop and implement physician marketing initiatives.Assist with executive communication and presentation development. Assist in reporting performance of all digital and content marketing campaigns.Meets all required competencies for department, unit and/or hospital. Responsible for performing all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Ability to work independently and efficiently on concurrent projects and with internal staff and outside partners/vendors.
Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of computer systems technology and the Internet; ability to learn new applications.
Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office specifically including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Proven ability to balance multiple concurrent projects based on department needs, while providing exemplary customer service to internal stakeholders.
Highly self-motivated, good time management, works well under pressure.
