Position : Digital Marketing Manager
Job Description : Position Summary: Deliver new customers and increase loyalty though the online and mobile marketing channel. Implement an interactive communications strategy to retain loyal customers and attract new customers through internet and mobile marketing channels. Work closely with internet/e-commerce, Technology, loyalty marketing, advertising, and agencies to develop an overall web marketing and content strategy.Essential Job Functions: Implement strategies to deliver compelling digital solutions for KPF products and content.Create/manage KPF Interactive Marketing Budget.Research and evaluate online marketing opportunities for KPF businesses; develop and execute online marketing programs that meet budget and sales requirements.Monitor competitive activity in the digital marketplace for financial services products.Research, evaluate and lead implementation of mobile marketing strategies increasing awareness and sales.Determine the best way to engage in search engine optimization, on-line social media placements, mobile apps, e-mail marketing, integration with customer and key industry sites, and other e-marketing solutions.Interface with internal/external marketing, product managers and technical groups to develop, implement and support new interactive marketing strategies and programs.Ensure all interactive marketing activities meet business, legal and compliance requirements.Manage digital promotions and microsites that support key merchandising and customer events.Coordinate with departments and third-party vendors during campaign implementation. Update and augment the plans.Partner with key cross-functional teams to manage and deliver all campaigns on time and within budget; balance product requirements and market impact against budget, time-to-market and project risks.Partner with technical teams to ensure campaigns are on-time and in-line with requirements; oversee Quality Assurance (QA) and final approvals before campaigns go “live.”Monitor, evaluate, prioritize, and incorporate customer feedback into campaigns.Monitor key metrics.
