Job Description : Craft Charter is a growing jet startup which sets out to solve inefficiencies in the charter jet model. By curating a wholly-owned fleet, our management has taken advantage of higher utilization, consistency, and transparent pricing that creates more reliable on-demand solutions for customers.Our team consists of 30+ pilots, experienced industry operators, an expert leadership team, as well as a growing fleet of Challenger and Gulfstream Aircraft.Due to the rapid growth of the company, we are looking for someone to provide a strong support system for the Craft team members. This is a brand new position with the potential of developing into an entire department.The Role:A leadership position to develop modern, personalized systems that support all Human Resources and Onboarding functions.Act as the authority in all matters related to Human Resources.Create new benefits packages and programs for team members and ensure that all members have full access to all benefits.Draft, distribute, and maintain all employment contracts.Improve on the existing records systems by incorporating new technologies in order to efficiently store and update all employment records.Define a framework for measuring the health of our culture that identifies the sets of metrics we want to measure and manage against.Partner with the leadership team and managers to scale our company-wide onboarding and build department specific onboarding procedures that set up new hires for success.Ensure Craft has an equitable compensation and benefits framework in place that supports our goal of having a top team, and work with managers to roll out consistent leveling and career trajectories across the company.Retain professional assistance to perform regular deep evaluations of team members in order to determine their emotional states of wellbeing.Develop job-specific hiring criteria and processes, incuding tests, evaluations, hiring rounds required, etc.Advise leadership on all relevant employment regulations and requirements.Who we’re looking for:Highly motivated.Experience in implementation of systems and technologies.”Startup mentality”.Team player.Problem solver.Patient.Meticulous.Organized.Job Type: Full-timePay: $95,000.00 – $115,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payWork Location: One location
