Job Description : Reputable local organization looking for a Director of Operations and Facilities.
Job Duties:
Responsible for oversees effective operating procedures
Overseeing multiple facilities and responsible for daily operations at all locations
Manage the needs to each facility including any events, maintenance and overall support
Responsible for developing budgets and plans for facilities
Ensuring that buildings are in compliance with all necessary paperwork
Communication with various internal departments
Working with leadership on various initiatives
Ensure proper maintenance of facilities
Coordination with outside vendors
Oversee staff schedules and job assignment
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or property management
MBA preferred, not required
At least five years of facilities background and experience
Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
$70,000 – $80,000, depending on experience
