We do have periodic in person meetings, but the majority of your work will be performed from the comfort of your home. - High school graduate and/or College Degree (What’s most important is your ability to communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner)- 1 to 3 years of customer service and/or management experience- Prior administrative experienceDuties, Responsibilities, and Job requirements:- Answer phone and schedule appointments for customers- Coordinate with technicians- Collection of payments from customers, collection of outstanding invoices, making sure payments have been collected- Utilization of Service Titan (or other CRM softwares) to maintain accurate records of customers- Reply to customers on messenger apps (Website, Yelp, Home Advisor etc.)- Managing Schedule and setting appointments. Maintain Google Calendar, Google Drive, Dropbox, company records- Pull permits through various municipalities- Filing of Xcel Rebates- Checking and responding to email- Interact with Clients, Vendors, and Advertisers- Assisting with miscellaneous errands and organizational tasks- Be proficient (or able & willing to learn) with Apple IOS- Assist with periodic Social media posting and monitoring Daily re-caps, and updates regarding various tasks and projects- Operate Microsoft Office suite, Excel, CRM- Attend periodic morning meetings- Other tasks assisting management on an as needed basis- Assist in the launching and training of new hires- Rotating on call, duties limited to answering the phone after hours and dispatching technicians- Have working computer with dual monitors. Verification of computer setup is required prior to start date. If setup is deemed insufficient we can provide company equipment that you can purchase at a later date, typical setup is 21” iMac with second monitor.- Have working, reliable, high speed internet connection. **Required and extremely important. Speeds must be 10mbps minimum (very minor) and verified through site such as speedtest.Compensation, Benefits, and Perks- Pay structure is Base + Commissions based on appointments set and jobs sold. Base increase within 6 months subject to performance.
