Job Description : Job Title: Dispute Resolution Specialist IJob Location: Glen Allen, VA, 23060 Position Description:This position is primarily responsible for performing transactions in compliance with regulatory and bank policies and procedures, and in adherence to bank security policies and confidentiality of bank records and customer information. Performs specific deposit operational tasks.Position QualificationsEducation & ExperienceHigh School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 1 year of operations or related experienceBanking/accounting/finance experience preferred. Knowledge & Skills: Experience with MS Office SuiteHigh level of accuracy and great attention to detailExcellent customer service skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsDetail oriented and quality focusedFlexible, able to adapt to changeAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Position Accountabilities: Responsibilities to include but not limited to Regulation E disputes, including research, resolution, and post adjustmentsResponds to inquiries relating to his or her particular area or to requests from customers and other Bank personnel within given time frames and within established policy.Supports other teams within the department.Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Glen Allen, VA 23060: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Dispute Resolution: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
