Position : Dog walker/ Pet sitter
Job Description : The job consists of but not limited to:
walking dogs
feeding/giving fresh water/treatspicking up wastesocializing with petscaring for cats
scooping litter boxescollecting mail or packageslight cleaning
overnight visits in pets home
send updates and pictures to owners and sometimes meet with them in person
Looking for someone who:
Preferably has professional animal experience
Has a high school degreeCan pass a background checkIs hard working, responsible, detail oriented and takes initiative
Is trustworthy and professional
Has a vehicle
Is willing to travel to different locations to care for different petsHas a flexible schedule
Preferably lives in the East Orlando areaHas a passion for animals and is interested in growing with a small businessIs comfortable with all pet types and breeds or sizes of dogs
I am looking for a flexible schedule as things are getting busier but mainly M-F around 10am-2pm. Sleepovers are an option as well where you stay overnight at a client’s home and care for their pets overnight.
I am also looking for someone who is willing to be committed to the company and grow with us to potentially be promoted to having management opportunities.
This is a very fun and rewarding job but you must be punctual, flexible, willing to travel to locations sometimes up to 20 minutes and comfortable outdoors in hot/rainy or unpredictable weather conditions.
