Responsibilities of the Claims Adjuster:Assist clients with their claims, providing them with a fast and stress-free experienceWrite and review estimates and supplements for accuracy and liability based on inspection, photos, videos
Work with service providers and clients to reconcile claimsUse data and analytics to solve problems and help accomplish team goals by sharing your opinions and ideas
A Successful Claims Adjuster:Has passion for providing a great customer experience
Has managed long-term client relationships and provide great customer service from problem to resolutionIs confident in their prioritization and time management skillsHas experience working with a large volume of customersStrong, clear and professional communication – both written and verbal
