Title examiners verify the searches performed by the Title Searcher. Make sure all search criteria are followed that are available in the public records. Verifying factors such as ownership, legal descriptions and restrictions related to the property. Cross-check all the merged documents, such as deeds, liens, mortgages, judgments, etc., that can affect the property and the title. TE to ensure all state statues and client requirements are met.
General Requirements for all the roles:
Graduates and Diploma (Freshers) preferably passed out from the year 2018 onwards. (BE, MBA, PG’s not preferred).
Experience Candidate must have complete knowledge of title search.
Must have hands-on experience in online searches and title plants such as Landex, Data Trace & Title Point Etc.
Flexible to work in day and night shifts (General Shift for Female candidates).
Candidates should have good typing and communication skills.
