Position : Executive Assistant
Job Description : MLB is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Technology and Strategy teams in New York City. The position will be based in NYC. The primary focus of this position is to become a trusted partner to and support the Chief Product Officer/EVP, Engineering and the EVP Strategy & Development as they lead their respective organizations.
Location: NYC office
Position Description:
Work in a fast-paced environment and use a wide range of skills and knowledge of organizational policies and procedures to get tasks completed
Partner with each EVP to develop a deep understanding of their goals, priorities, and operating cadence in order to proactively provide support that enhances day to day operations of each organization
Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and managing catering when necessary
Manage each executive’s day-to-day calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
Coordinate weekly/quarterly team meeting agendas
Coordinate domestic and international travel
Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
Assist with projects across the global organization as needed

Experience working across global geo’s
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
