Three years of executive level management leading a team of 10+ staff is desired.PREFERRED SKILLS Strong and sincere commitment to the Mission of the Flagstaff Family Food Center: Food Bank and Kitchen. Ability to lead operations, fundraise, develop and execute a budget, manage finances and human resources for an organization that currently operates with an annual budget of $1.1 million+, a team of 18+ employees, and 40-50 volunteers daily. Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with individual and corporate partners, other community organizations, employees, board of directors, and volunteers. Ability to raise the public profile of the agency. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. Strong attention to detail.
