About the Role:
One of CACI’s high volume programs is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated cleared professional Facilities Coordinator/Receptionist to support our King George, VA location. This position is full time onsite.
As a Facilities Coordinator/Receptionist you will be responsible for:
Meet and greet visitors and vendors
Log visitors into visitor log and issue badges
Collect access badges when visitor departs
Access cleared visitor roster w/ability to hand out visitor badges
Escort visitors as needed
Order and stock printer and supply inventory
Maintain Monthly Calendar for Open/Closers of Closed Area.
Answers phone calls and transfer to appropriate recipient.
Schedule Conference Rooms as necessary.
Aid with on-site meetings such as attendees lists, coffee, and early/late availability.
Send monthly vendor service reports (AED and printer)
Order and stock kitchen supplies/coffee
Maintain Monthly Calendar for Open/Closers of Closed Area.
Submit building management company tickets for maintenance and repairs
Assist with emergency drills
Coordinate with CACI facilities manager and CFO POC
Responsible for New Hire onboarding duties:
Create CACI Check-in-Package for each new hire and notify all involved in the process.
Track weekly status of completed check-in tasks and inform staff of late items. Archive once complete.
Send Welcome letter, Orientation or First Day letter to new employee.
Process CACI badge requests.
Send Access Badge Request to CACI Badging.
Send onboarding email to appropriate Government staff.
Complete I-9 verification if needed.
Responsible for Employee off-boarding duties:
Create CACI and NSWCDD off-boarding paperwork and disseminate to all appropriate parties.
Track off-boarding paperwork for completion.
Send off-boarding notice to appropriate Government staff
Requirements:
High School Diploma and a minimum of 3 years of related experience
US Citizenship is required
Must have excellent written and oral communications
Must be personable
Self-motivated with the ability to work with little oversight and supervision
Must be eligible to obtain a clearance.
