Fast paced medical office looking for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys making a difference in the lives of patients daily.
Duties include greeting patients; checking them in and out; verify insurance; answer phones, direct calls; and perform other medical office front desk related duties.
Excellent communication skills and ability to pleasantly handle all types of patients is a must.
Cross-train with other duties for growth potential opportunities in the healthcare field
Some travel may be required to surrounding area clinics.
Ability to build rapport with guests and maintain professional demeanor
Previous experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software helpful but not required – will train.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Exhibit team player skills and attitude
Good organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields helpful
