Job Description : Vascular practice seeking a new front desk, office admin.We are an upbeat, one doctor practice that specializes in veintreatments and cosmetics (such as laser facials and botox, ect). Weare open 4-5 days a week and can be somewhat flexible with the newhire’s needs with hours.Office Admin experience strongly desired (medical or dental setting). The applicant must be able to communicate effectively withcoworkers, insurance companies, and patients with an emphasis onempathy and great patient care. Strong multi-tasking skills and theability to adapt to changing priorities throughout the day is a must.Job duties include, but not limited to:Patient check in and check outSchedulingInsurance coordinationRequired technical skillsTyping proficiencyWord processing and office application familiarityBasic understanding of EMR and medical terminology a plusWe are experiencing tremendous growth and are looking for someone whocan grow along with us and take on more responsibilities as theybecome available.We will be doing initial interviews over zoom. Pay starts at $21+ but DOE.
