Job Description : Long Home Products, an established, home improvement company since 1945 is in search of a Production Manager who possesses a GC License to join our team! This position will be based in our Florida location.The Production Manager provides daily oversight and management to the installation and service teams, ensuring all jobs are completed on schedule and within budget for all residential home improvement projects throughout our footprint. The department orders materials, coordinates installation with subcontractors and customers, and resolves service and warranty requests.Core Areas of Responsibility: Manage and supervise the Installation and Service teams on a daily basis; provide direct leadership, management, and support to the teamEnsure that departmental goals are met and adhere to established policies and proceduresAccountable for completion of projects on time, within budget, and within quality standards, to meet business performance expectationsTroubleshoot and resolve escalated customer service issues to maintain customer satisfactionEvaluate and select subcontractors in all markets for quality, cost, and reliabilityOversee the ordering of materials to ensure quality and cost controlEnsure all installation processes are followed consistently; conduct job site inspections and evaluations of the final product delivered by the subcontractorsAct as a key member of the Leadership Team, proactively contributing to the company’s continued growth, improvement, and advancementParticipate in corporate initiatives and process improvements as neededDesired Skills/Experience: Must possess a current GC license5+ years experience in the home remodeling industry, (exteriors and baths a plus)3 years of construction and installation experience as a project lead or foreman requiredKnowledge of construction and code requirementsResourceful problem-solving abilitiesExcellent organizational, time management, multi-tasking and skills while managing information for multiple jobsHigh School Diploma/GEDVersatility and a willingness to work within changing prioritiesStrong ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlinesValid driver’s licenseBeyond the security of joining an established organization, this position also includes the following benefits: Competitive compensation planMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance availableCompany paid life insurance policy401(k) retirement savings planPaid vacation and holidaysApply today and learn about your successful future as a team member of Long Roofing.
