Job Description : The role of the General Manager includes but is not limited to the following: Oversee the activities of the production floor by working in close correlation with the Production Foreman to ensure quality of production of all materials.Oversee production staff in order to maintain high quality standards regarding fulfillment of sales orders, inventory requirements, and delivery of manufactured products in a timely fashion.Manage all sales staff to maintain quality of work through all aspects of the sales process for both material sales as well as roofing installation sales.Oversee all roofing installation sales to ensure they are in line with company values and quality standards.Manage all aspects of the roofing crews including scheduling of jobs, communication with customers before, during and after each installation.Oversee the training of all workers in company SOPs, monitor work, provide communication, feedback and ongoing support and resolving issues in accordance with company policy.Monitor and ensure a positive work environment for all employees.Identify material, facility, equipment, and tooling needs, and work collaboratively to resolve manufacturing and maintenance problems.Oversee the ordering of all materials and inventory items for resale as well as for installation needs.Job Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Paid time offSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Required)Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred)Work Location: One location
