A critical part of our care team included our Care Concierges. These empathetic, multi-tasking and passionate customer service professionals, lovingly navigate the patient every step of the way. From helping with onboarding, to finding a lab facility to setting up a doctor consultation, the concierges are the first entry point to the Medici Care Team.

We are looking for a patient centric, loving and dedicated care concierge to join our incredible team. If you believe you have a passion to serve, love problem solving and want to change healthcare, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing incoming/outgoing text-based communications to/from patients and teammates via our unique online platform
Performing/managing patient intake process
Scheduling internal and external appointments
Speaking with patients via audio/video
Maintaining appropriate documentation within our EHR

Full-time salaried position, Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm.

What we’re looking for:

The ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care, including Google Gmail, Docs, and Sheets without assistance
Ability to use Chrome, Firefox, or Safari web browsers without assistance, demonstrating excellent internet search skills.
Knowledge of EHR systems
Must be able to multi-task and not get flustered easily
An interest in working with a patient population
The ability to interact with patients, clients, and teammates in a courteous and friendly manner
The ability to support the organization’s goals and core values, investigating and learning about our company
The ability to balance team and individual responsibilities
Able to respond promptly to patient, client, and teammate needs and complete administrative tasks accurately and timely
Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions
Able to think on your feet, be resourceful, and solve problems involving several variables on your own

Language Ability:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to write/type both simple and complex correspondence
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to patients, clients, and teammates
Ability to read and write using the English language
Must demonstrate excellent telephone/video and written/typed communication skills
