Position : High-Volume Recruiting Manager
Job Description : SFE is looking for a self-starter Talent Acquisition Manager working in the Human Resources division of our business. The position is focused on leading the high-volume recruiting process for all the SFE districts across the US. This will include building and rolling out a centralized recruiting process that automates the recruiting process. This will be an industry leading assessment and candidate management system that will revolutionize how SFE recruits all hourly/part time employees. SFE seeks candidates with very high degrees of professionalism, maturity, the willingness to travel and the ability deliver results autonomously. The individual will be based in the corporate office but will also have to work remotely and should be based or willing to move to the greater Scottsdale/Phoenix area.The ideal candidate will be innovative in the approach to create new frameworks, have excellent influencing skills, multi-task flawlessly, be detail oriented, and seek continuous improvement. If you have a passion for recruiting and are looking for an opportunity to help redefine the workforce of a leading provider of K-12 foodservice, then we want to talk to you!Specific duties and responsibilities include: Continuous development and implementation a successful vision/strategy for our part time hourly hiring recruiting process.Create close relationships with the Districts to understand their current and future hiring needs.Conduct weekly meetings with the Operations team to ensure alignment.Contact candidates once they have successfully completed and passed the online assessment. Share details with the relevant District.Provide regular reports and analysis to the business on the hourly hiring process.Support with the implementation and roll out of the automated hiring process.Depending on business needs manage interim recruiters as required.Continuously review and if needed, amend the assessment process to ensure a best-in-class experience for the candidate and District.Collect feedback from recruiting teams and new hires for process improvements to implementDevelop and Drive social media efforts, partner with Talent Equity Group on the Geotargeting campaigns for each District.Other duties as assignedDesired Skills, Experience, and Qualifications: Ability to travel frequently in the assigned region and work autonomouslyInterest in promoting Internship programs in the foodservice community5-8 years of experience in HR program management, high-volume talent acquisition/recruiting, campus recruiting or other relative professional experienceWork experience in a high urgency company strongly preferredBA/BS degree required, or equivalent work experienceFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or HRIS systemsStrong interpersonal skills and experience with a wide range of customersProven ability to partner with Business Unit leaders and lead organizational changeAptitude to create new and innovative processesExcellent organizational skills and an ability to multi-taskStrong verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail and commitmentProven ability to work in a team environmentProficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to travel 50-60%, at timesWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer (Gender/Minority/Veterans/Disabled) and participate with the federal E-Verify Employment Eligibility Program.#Food1Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to $120,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Scottsdale, AZ 85260: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Recruiting: 5 years (Required)Work Location: One location
