Job Description : Job descriptionCompany Description:La Nurse Home Care Registry, a mid-size Florida based private duty home care company is seeking an experienced person for Payroll and Client Scheduling in our Delray Beach office.Job Duties:PayrollReview worklogs received from independent contractors (caregivers) for accuracyEnter worklogs and payment details into database (MatrixCare)Prepare weekly pay reportsConstant contact with caregivers for any missing worklogsProvide excellent customer service to caregiversFile all worklogs and pay reportsSchedulingAssist with client scheduling and client filesCommunicate with clients regarding their scheduling needsWork with independent contractor caregivers to refer clientsOn Call Rotation-Take calls after hours and weekends for all emergencies, scheduling issues/changes, and new client referralsRequired Experience:Bachelors Degree preferred, High School Diploma required2-4 years’ experience in home careMust have experience with Payroll and/or Client SchedulingStrong attention to detailExcellent verbal and customer service skillsCritical thinking skills, including the ability to problem solve accordinglyAbility to thrive in a fast paced environmentExcellent follow throughExcellent time management and organizational skillsMatrixCare or comparable software experience preferredComputer skillsApply:If you are ready to make a change to a dynamic company that is experiencing growth, please send your cover letter and resume.
