Job Description : -Home cleaning duties:Wiping surfaces, clearing countertops, putting items in their designated place, doing dishes and emptying and loading the dishwasher, light dusting and vacuuming if needed-Cooking meals for the family when needed:crockpot meals, shopping for ingredients etc.-Laundering and putting away clothing, or changing linens:Washing and folding everyone’s laundry weekly, changing sheets every two weeks, making beds daily, washing bath and kitchen towels once a week, unpacking and putting away suitcases-Organizing, and coordination:Organizing all areas of the home, movie room, kitchen drawers and cabinets and fridges, laundry room, keeping garage storage organized, helping kids organize rooms and closets, keeping parents closets and room organized-Running errands and performing necessary tasks:Helping pick up or drop off kids and parents, taking cars to car wash/oil changes etc. (when asked)-Weekly Shopping for food, supplies, and other requested items: Keeping stocked up on paper products, cleaning products for housekeeper, laundry products, grocery shopping etc.-Helping watch kids and pick them up from school when needed-Check mailbox daily, help with packages when asked-Water indoor plants-Bring in recycle and trash cans Tuesday and Thursday-Take trash out and break down boxes-Checking on the house and keeping up with trash when the family is out of town and catching up on cleaning and laundry tasks*Other tasks or errands may be neededFlexible hours- the old house manager was working 9am-3pm Monday through Thursday, staying later or coming in earlier if needed. The schedule is flexible, days and more or less hours can be discussed.
