Job Description : HR ADMINISTRATORFidelity National Financial, Inc. is looking for a Human Resources Administrator for its Ohio operations.Duties: Handle recruiting process including drafting and posting job advertisements, screening applications and scheduling interviews and completing new hire paperwork.Manage the HRIS, including accurate input of new hire and employee changes, coordination with the Payroll administrator, and compiling reports for management.Counsel employees and supervisors on the interpretation and administration of Human Resources policies.Ensure compliance with Federal, State and local laws, as well as, Fidelity policies and procedures.Assist in the administration of the company’s Health & Welfare benefits programs including enrollments/renewals and plan communications.Administer FMLA, disability and company’s leave time programs.Minimum Requirements: Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to represent the Company in a professional and positive manner.Education: BS or BA degreeExperience: Minimum of 2 years HR experience.Certificates/Licenses: PHR/SPHR Certification a plus.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:Human Resource: 2 years (Preferred)License/Certification:License or Certification (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
