New Story is seeking a qualified HRIS Manager who will be part of a collaborative team providing daily support to ensure a successful Information System in a Human Resources setting. The HRIS Manager will provide assistance with HRIS strategy, planning, implementation, administration, and operation of the HR information systems, is responsible for the overall help desk services function, and assists with end-user training for the HRIS and Time and Attendance systems.
Remote – Must be willing to work Eastern Standard Time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work directly with worksite managers and employees to respond and resolve help desk inquiries.
Track and report on overall quantity and type of help desk requests and resolutions. Identify and report findings of end-user needs and issues. Initiate efforts and procedures to maintain data integrity, troubleshoot and recommend solutions.
Collect detailed information to categorize requests to determine the method of resolution.
Use discretion to effect timely solution of problems to ensure customer satisfaction and eliminate downtime.
Solicit feedback and identify the overall needs of HRIS end users.
Assist in the testing of new reports, processes, etc., and provide testing results to appropriate parties.
Supports the Payroll Department to ensure accurate and efficient client payrolls.
Perform system administration for the Learning and Performance Management System, Applicant Tracking System, and all other HR Information System components. including workflow process automation applications that facilitate requests for HR programs and services including security role changes, system configurations, semi-annual processing tasks, census file management, troubleshooting, and resolving account access and all other system performance-related inquiries.
Perform system administration for the IT Asset Management component of the system, in collaboration with the IT Department.
Build and generate reports (ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly) to meet the needs of the business.
Assist with the development of reporting and dashboards.
Build and/or maintain system dashboards to the specifications and needs of the business.
Perform system testing to validate the accuracy of data and customizations.
SKILLS
Must possess expert knowledge of best practice administration of HR Information Systems.
Must possess strong customer and relationship management skills with the ability to satisfy customers throughout their support experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Must demonstrate strong listening and communication skills.
Must always display a high degree of confidentiality.

Required
5 year(s): Prior experience in HR technology and analytics
Preferred
1 – 3 years: Escalation Management – Case Management and Vendor Management
1 – 3 years: Experience with NetSuite, System Release Management, and Provider Trust
1 – 3 years: HCM systems administration and management of UltiPro Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, Employee and Manager Self Service Portal
5 year(s): HRIS experience within UKG and Workforce Dimensions (Ultipro and Kronos) HRIS preferred
