HOW YOU WILL IMPACT OUR MISSION
The Human Resources Data Analyst will collect, compile and analyze HR data, metrics and statistics. This position reports to the Vice President of Human Resources.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitor’s practices and other sources.
Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Run and create a variety of reports to prepare for internal and external audits.
Perform complex analysis and data for compensation discipline.
Reconcile complex benefits invoices and ensure timely submission for payment.
Assist with performance, benefit and compensation modules in HRIS system.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
JOB EXPERIENCE
Must have two years’ experience with metrics, data or excel.
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and make it easy to understand.
Exceptional problem solving skills.
Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Proficient with or the ability to learn HRIS, payroll or other management software.
