Our proven techniques are designed to foster a consistent environment of individual growth and sustainable health for the client, a revitalized stability of love and balance to the family component, and a community engaged in grace, inclusion and fellowship.We are actively recruiting an office-based part-time Human Resources individual based in our location in Lebanon, Ohio office. A successful candidate, under the direction of the onsite Executive Director. The incumbent will provide leadership and employee counseling to promote a positive and patient driven culture.This position is 8 hours a week and can be flexible with working days.Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Implementation of Recovery Defined’s patient and company philosophiesEffective communication with all employeesFair and consistent application of all policiesCoaching and counseling of all employeesAssisting in Performance Evaluation and leading improvement plans where necessarySupporting the training and development of employeesProvide Human Resources support and assistance to employees, supervisors, managers, and ownersAbility to maintain employee benefits, 401(k) and paid time off programsProvide positive, enthusiastic leadershipCreativity in the development of ideas for improvements in Recovery Defined policies and proceduresAny other duties and responsibilities as may be assignedMinimum Requirements: 5 plus years’ experience in a health care human resources environmentBachelor’s Degree in HR / Business or previous leadership experience, preferredExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsStrong computer skills – experience with Microsoft Office productsAbility to work independentlyPay is dependent upon academic background, experience and accomplishments.Job Type: Part-timePay: $23.00 – $28.00 per hourBenefits:Paid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Lebanon, OH: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: One location
