Position : IND EDITING & ENTERING CLERK 1ST
Job Description : Overview:
East Penn is seeking an Editing & Entering Clerk who will process and enter orders.
Responsibilities:
Verifies all finished files are turned in from the plant.
Combines all paperwork to compose finished file.
Preps file for scanning.
Proofreads all orders.
Researches and corrects any problems before entering.
Sets up new accounts.
Prepares UPS orders.
Multitasking.
Prepare work orders for COS/Assembly departments.
Communicate with Customer Service and Traffic departments.
Must be able to do the following tasks: answering phones, filing, faxing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.Maintains regular attendance.Ability to work mandatory over time.
Performs other duties as requested by Management.
Responsible for producing a high quality product.
Responsible for proper hygiene, housekeeping, and safety practices.
