Position : Internal Communications Specialist
Job Description : Louis Vuitton is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist who is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of a comprehensive internal communications strategy for Louis Vuitton Americas’ Retail and Corporate population of approximately 5,000 employees. The focus of the comprehensive internal communication program will be to increase employee engagement and build internal alignment and awareness across all employees in all areas, including brand heritage, business strategy, organizational change initiatives, human resource programs, DEI and social responsibility.
Profile
Partner closely with HR, Management Team and Corporate Departments to define communication needs and implement plans
Maintain a comprehensive internal communications calendar
Draft and distribute employee organizational announcements
Partner with all department heads to develop, approve and publish all Intranet Departmental content
Maintain and update internal intranet site to ensure information is engaging, accurate, relevant and timely
Coordinate all internal video shoots from conceptualization to production
Partner with external consultants on creation of internal communication assets
Work closely with DEI & CSR teams on internal employee engagement initiatives
Support implementation of a robust employee recognition strategy
Participate in weekly departmental meetings, and relevant cross-departmental and event-focused meetings
